who really needs manners anyway?

i love those days when no one is home but myself during the day.
you turn on music super loud, sing super loud, be totally unmannerly! i was eating some rice on a plate, and i was getting sick and tired of eating it with the fork cuz it wouldnt cooperate! so since no one was home and no one was watching i just picked up the whole plate and started licking the rice up like a dog. i entertained myself too much though, cuz after awhile i started laughing & then choking on it. if no one is home, manners arent needed right? when no one is around, who needs to be polite?
so when im alone at home i like to leave the door open when i go to the bathroom. just for kicks and giggles. & then it feels like a mission. like i'm on a super secret mission but i'm gonna do it with the door open. in plain sight, but not! you know. i know you all have things you do when no one is home. you should comment them!

anyways.

i'm having issues making a decision. (i never have issues making a decision like this, its strange)
freshman academy or no freshman academy?
here is what freshman academy is: i would be doing the life sciences one. (cuz that will be my major, in some way or another.) but you live with the same people who have the same interest (academically) and then you go to all your classes with them as well. so they would be in my pdbio 120 class, my chem 105 class, life sciences seminar, english, and book of mormon, which puts me at 11.5 credits. i'll probably take an exercise class, making it about twelve credits. thats what i'm looking for, fairly easy. but they are pretty hard courses. and i do have to take them if i do freshman academy. so lets make a pros and cons list. yes? great.

PROS:
making friends in my major
easy study groups
professors take special consideration of FA students, especially if its their whole class, they'll meet afterward and such (or so says my sister)
i'll still have winter to plan my own classes
more involvement in school

CONS:
required fall schedule
what if i dont get along with these people?! they are involved in everything i do!
not much free time (?) i'm not exactly sure about that.
too hard for my first semester at BYU? i just want to have fun for awhile..

well tell me what you think..i simply can't make this decision. applications start may 1st..so i should know by then what i'm doing. help me out! i'm desperate here. & it would be much appreciated. ;)

I would say that you should do it. It's only ONE semester. I have heard that it is good...by the way, I hate making decisions too. I am horrible at it!

let's see, what do I do at home alone... ramen, lots of ramen, definitely open bathroom doors, definitely loud music and definitely lots of computering... pretty boring but still. I'm sure there's something else more embarrassing but I don't remember at the moment... how you holding up babe?

I think you should do it also. After looking at your Pros and Cons list I think you should do it. You'll have lots of fun and tons of friends. And who doesn't like more friends? And to comment on the "too hard" comment, you are very smart and I think you would be able to handle it. Especially since you love those classes. :) (no comment on the what I do when no one is home) :)
